The University of Washington’s Center for Digital Arts and Experimental Media is pleased to announce the 2010 DXARTS BFA exhibition, opening in Room 09 in the School of Art on June 1st from 4-6:30pm, and running through June 11th.
Works included explore themes of optics, identity, language, perception, liminality, and fluidity through video, cinema, sound, installation, and performance. These pieces fuse contemporary artistic practice with experimental technologies in the creation of new art works. This show presents the work of ten graduating seniors and marks the completion of their Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees through the DXARTS program, representing the culmination of various courses of artistic inquiry.
