Are you an artist or a curator?
Ver(A)rt Gallery (housed in the central part of the Vera Project in Seattle Senter) is currently holding a Call to Artists to select artists for group and solo shows in the gallery throughout 2011. The gallery is dedicated to exhibiting work from new and local artists, and emerging artists and curators of all ages are encouraged to apply with a cohesive body of work or a themed group exhibition. But don’t wait long… your application has to be postmarked by December 1st, 2010.

Here’s the APPLICATION CHECKLIST:
__This application form
__3-10 images of your work (Photographs or digital images [digital images should be less than 2MB in size], Label with your last name or group name, and image number. [Ex: lastname_01.jpg]. Curators: include images of work by all artists you’d like to show)
__Image List (Include the name of the artwork, the date it was created, and the media used. If there is an interesting and brief story or statement about the piece, include that here)
__Artist statement or resume or bio
__Any video or audio
