Were absolutely CORRECT, congratulations! The painting is part of the original collection that was given to the University of Washington by Horace C. Henry in 1926 to create Seattle’s first public art museum, the Henry! Parcell was known for his portraits of  school teacher Miss Helen Louise Gallagher. They were married in 1937.
