The exhibition Light in Darkness, on view from January 21 – April 30, 2011, presents works using light as a primary medium. Incandescent bulbs and fluorescent tubes, lit and unlit, real and replicated, will make one another visible in the darkened galleries of Western Bridge.
“Light, seeking light, doth light of light beguile;
So ere you find where light in darkness lies,
Your light grows dark by losing of your eyes.”
