Panopt-O-Quiz Close-Up Clue #3

The Close-Up Clue for this week is the following image captured by the Panoptos machine:

Q. Can you name the title and artist of the work from which this image was taken?

(hint: if this painting were of a ‘little girl,’ how might you describe that en français?)

And seriously, give DIGging in the collections search a go – you probably won’t be disappointed…

Also, please join us and artists John Sutton, Ben Beres, Zac Culler, Joseph Gray, and Matt Westervelt this Thursday evening from 7-8pm in the Henry auditorium for the panel discussion to  revisit Panoptos and SBC’s use of technology in the exhibition of these works from the Henry’s collection, along with a discussion of the use of technology in contemporary art as a tool for intervention, interpretation, and insight.

(Free for members, $5 general admission)

Good luck!
