Aldous Huxley once wrote that, “Science and art are only too often a superior kind of dope, possessing this advantage over booze and morphia: that they can be indulged in with a good conscience and with the conviction that, in the process of indulging, one is leading the higher life.” Join us in exploring the higher life of art and science with a conversation with  Rebecca Cummins, Associate Professor in the University of Washington’s School of Art, and Jeffrey Wilkes, the Kenneth K. Young Memorial Professor of Physics at the University of Washington – TONIGHT at 7pm in the East Galleries.
