CityArts Culture Club

CityArts is in full swing with David Byrne and St. Vincent’s performance earlier, which I unfortunately missed (thank you, grad school!). However I was able to check out Culture Club yesterday, which is free and open to the public for the all of the days of the festival (except for some of the special programming happening at night there). At the Culture Club they have Visual Art Exhibitions and Installations throughout an abandoned storefront which has been repurposed for the festival. Yesterday they also featured Food For Thought which I found difficult to grasp (dilettante, I know), but then again I didn’t come hungry like they recommended. Did any of you Hank lovers check that out? What were your thoughts? Friday they are featuring Think and Tell and a Pop Up Art Market. What are you most excited about for this year’s CityArts?
