The Week Ahead @ The Henry

Are you in Zen mood or are you ready to rock your body? Either way, we’ve got you covered at the Henry this week!

Thursday, August 8, noon: Join us in the Skyspace for a peaceful half-hour of Mindfulness Meditation. Become more aware of your feelings by quietly, but actively engaging your senses to become fully aware of your internal and external states of being.

This is why you need to attend Mindfulness Meditation.

Friday, August 9, 6:00-8:00 pm: Kate Wallich, founder and director of The YC, presents a Music Video Dance Tutorial as part of our Down Time summer DIY series. Been watching Beyoncé on YouTube? Think you can “Put a Ring on It” like nobody’s business? Let’s find out (Funky leotards and headbands not required, but highly encouraged)!

Thigh of steel are also not required to attend this session. Regular thighs are A-OK.
